(OP: Event: The Past)
Note: This first episode will be remade using Jules & Bernie from Archie.
Sonic Underground Episode 1: Beginnings
Story:
(15-16 Years Ago)
As the beautiful city of Mobotropolis was landscaped, Aleena narrated.
Aleena: (narrating) There was a time when Robotropolis was beautiful. It was then a peaceful city known as Mobotropolis.
Then, as she narrated more, a dark ship passed by as many people in the city were evacuating with little to no success. Some were even shot dead on by the robots & ships, filling the ground with bloodshed.
Aleena: (narrating) But just after my children were born and a year after the twins of Weaselopolis were born, the evil Dr. Robotnik used his technology to turn our world into a place of terror.
Then, the statue of King Acorn fell, shattering into pieces. As she narrated more, in a party, alot of rich people cheered and toasted without a care in the world while in another place, many people that had survived the terrorism were being turned into robots, including some that looked like vampires.
Aleena: (narrating) As the source of Robotnik's money, the aristocrats were left to play - while our people were roboticized...and became slaves.
At one area of Mobius, a shadowed figured and a baby watched the sky as many ships began to shoot somewhere else. At another place, many robots were being retreated as an army of squirrels were shooting at the robots & their ships while some squirrels were sacrificed.
Aleena: (narrating) At least my old friend was safe from harm's way. And I had to admit from Rico Rodriguez that keeping the weapons in Windy, near Weaselopolis was a good idea, though it required some sacrifices.
Meanwhile, at a hideout, Aleena was taking care of the three baby hedgehogs while she narrated.
Aleena: (narrating) Our Royal Family was outlawed, a price placed on our heads.
A little later, Aleena in a hood with three baskets (containing the three children) was summoned to the Oracle's place.
Aleena: (narrating) Then, The Oracle Of Deluphis revealed a prophecy to me.
He waved his hand as he spoke to Aleena. As he spoke more, he showed an image of Aleena and her three children ruling the land.
Oracle: Someday, you will reunite with your children, to become the Council of Four...and overthrow Robotnik. But there is a price, your Highness.
She patted their heads and looked sadly at them.
Aleena: (narrating) For the prophecy to be fulfilled, I had to give up my babies.
Later, Aleena ran towards an aristocrat's home. She placed one of the baskets at the front of the gates. She rung the bell and ran for her life. When the gate opened, an aristocrat dog came and saw the basket.
Woman: Who could've left this here?
She heard the baby crying as she opened the basket. She smiled and picked her up.
Woman: Hello there, little girl. I'll bet you're hungry. (walks with her on arms) I am called Lady Windimere, you may call me Mama if you want.
Lady Windimere took the baby pink hedgehog inside. Meanwhile, at another place, Aleena sighed as she placed her blue hedgehog baby in the basket.
Aleena: I can only hope my brother, Jules, and Bernie would give you a good home, Sonic.
She left quickly after ringing the doorbell. Then a blue hedgehog with a brown bang opened the door. He then saw the baby hedgehog.
Jules: Well, hello there, little-
The baby speeded off of the basket and into the house. He smiled a bit as he closed the door. At another part of Robotropolis, a rat thief watched Aleena place him near the door. She rung the doorbell and ran quickly. Then the thief ran and took the basket she left behind before the door opened. When the door opened, the woman didn't find anything and closed it. At an old sewer, the rat thief placed the basket down near a bug thief.
Rat: Farrell, here is something for you to appreciate.
Farrell: Let me see, Zack.
When he opened the cover, there was a baby green hedgehog, giggling at the thief. He smiled and turned to his rat fellow.
Farrell: Zack, tell the boys and girls we've got a new thief to teach.
He nodded and ran towards the sewers as the bug smiled at the hedgehog.
(5 Years Later)
The green hedgehog grew as he was playing his drums.
Farrell: (coming in) Have you been studying your lessons, Manic?
Manic: Yep!
Farrell: Well then?
Manic: One sec!
The green hedgehog put his drum sticks up quickly as Farrell came in. The two then passed each other, then Farrell searched through his pockets.
Farrell: Oh my! Where is my wallet?
Manic showed the wallet to him.
Farrell: (smiles) Well done, lad! You're a good boy, a wonderful student! And as a reward...(searches in his pockets) now where did I... well they were right over...
He heard Manic playing. Manic had already got the drum sticks from Farrell.
Farrell: Hahaha!
Manic: Rippin' sticks, man! (hugs him) Thanks Farrell!
Farrell: Always get the finest my boy!
Meanwhile, at another part of Robotropolis, a young girl pink hedgehog was walking on the sides of the wall.
Lady Windimere (Woman): (worried) Sonia, no! Come down from there instantly!
Sonia: Okay!
She jumped down from the wall.
Lady Windimere: Good Gracious child!
Inside Sonia played the piano as the lady drank tea. When she was done, she turned to Windimere.
Sonia: Now may I go out and play?
Lady Windimere: (nods) Of course, my dear.
She flipped and flopped away from the piano as she sighed. Meanwhile, at the forest, Sonic was being told by Jules and Bernie (who both had worried faces).
Jules: Sonic, listen to me. Run as fast as you can to Uncle Chuck's - don't stop and don't look back!
Sonic: Why? What about you and mom?
Jules: (crying) We'll be okay Sonic, but y'know what I need to see? The biggest rev you've ever done!
Sonic: Really? You want me to rev?
Jules: Sure do, pal: let's see it!
Sonic ran as fast as he could as Bernie shouted to him.
Bernie: (tearfully) We love you son...
Jules: Go Sonic! Go!
Then the Swatbots arrived as Bernie looked scared.
Swatbot: Citizen, you are under arrest!
Jules: (stands up to them) You're gonna have to go through me first!
Swatbot: Move or else!
Jules: (glares) Over my damn dead body!
Then the Swatbots shot him on the head as he fell on the floor, dead. Bernie was running towards him as she looked scared.
Bernie: Jules!
She was also shot all over, including the head. She then too joined her husband in death. One of the swatbots then torched the house, carrying the two dead couple with it. Meanwhile, Sonic stopped and turned around. There, he saw the house on fire.
Sonic: Oh no! (cries) NOOOOOO!
Uncle Chuck's Voice: Sonny!
He turned around and saw his uncle, then he hugged him.
Sonic: Uncle Chuck!
He cried again as his uncle patted him.
Uncle Chuck: It's gonna be alright Sonny-boy...
(Flip Card: Sonic the Hedgehog)

A Remake series: Three young hedgehogs are given up by their mother, Queen Aleena, to fulfil a prophecy, though years later, what would happen to the families they were adopted to when Robotnik learns who each of them were?
