Castle of Memories Omake 32: Blackjack's Exit

When Tomixen was completely gone, Blackjack smirked at the replica closing his eyes.

Blackjack: I'll leave you to wonder and find your original. For now, I must make my leave.

With that, Blackjack vanished from the area while Dark Buzz concentrated. At Guardia, Dende was groaning while having a black eye.

Chrono: Those guys shouldn't have beaten you like that when you encountered them.

Dende: (frowns) I know, but-

Just then, unknown to any of them, a ship teleported Ruki and Renamon down to the city.

Ruki: Well, we're back here again.

Renamon: (nods) Yes. For now, we shall have to wait.

Takato and Jenya, about to get some ice cream, noticed the two as did their Digimon.

Takato: Ruki!

Jenya: Renamon!

Terriermon: Are you guys okay?

Renamon: It was a strange, yet exciting experience today.

Ruki: (sighs) Come on, I'll explain on the way.

Then, the six got their ice cream. Dende's group walked through the town before passing Takato who ate his ice cream, Jenya, and Ruki with their Digimon, who were talking to one another before Dende stopped, about to turn around to them.

Dende: Huh?

Marle: What is it?

Dende kept watch on the three that passed him until a familiar clone, Blackjack came, placing his arm around Dende with the others noticing and the group walking together.

Blackjack: Dende, guys. I'm back.

He then noticed something on his eye.

Blackjack: Huh? What the heck happened to you, Dende?

Dende: Would you believe I was beaten up for helping people I shouldn't?

Lucca: (sighs) You don't wanna know alot.

Blackjack: Oh really...

The group stopped by the ice cream man before the clone spoke.

Blackjack: Ten, please.

A bit later, up on the clock tower, the ten looked at the city they were staying while eating their ice cream.

Blackjack: So you were helping some guys trying to look for their friends.

Ayla: Yep.

Frog: They were looking for someone by the name of Delete.

Blackjack became more concerned before biting his ice cream.

Blackjack: Oh man, it's so salty. How do they do it for Sea-Salt Ice Cream?

Lynx: Who knows. Well, anyway, I'm sure they found those friends of theirs. Mainly because we saw both Ruki and Renamon return.

Magus: So tell us, how was the mission over at Castle Oblivion?

Blackjack: The Superior would be proud. I manage to rid of the traitors during their plot to use the robots against him.

Lucca: Robots? Which ones?

Blackjack: Uh, I forget their names, but those robots fought well against us before I managed to eliminate most of the traitors.

Chrono: Huh? Which ones didn't you finish off yourself?

Blackjack: Well...

Voice: Ahem.

Then, two familiar figures came to them as they looked at the two.

Kevin 11: Everyone, we are needed on a mission.

Magus: (rolls eyes) Great, what kind of mission?

Eggman: The Superioer's orders are that both Kevin 11 and I need you ten for this mission.

Blackjack: (smirks) Oh really...what kind of mission?

The group got up before they looked at the other two Nobodies, preparing to head out.

Eggman: Oh, let's just say it is a mission that could probably change your life forever.

Kevin 11: We should get going after all...
