(OP: JIG THE UPPER)

At the next set of stairs, Buzz and Slider came almost near the stairs. Buzz then stopped, letting Slider look at him. The robot then took out the remaining card he had.

Buzz: Just one card left.

He then looked at the door.

Buzz: If I get through 'dis, can I finally rid myself o' 'de darkness?

The two looked determined before they came to the door and used the final card.

(Episode 19: Nowhere Man!)

In the strange, yet familiar city, Slider and Buzz looked at the empty area until they spotted a building with the word “Katz Motel” on it.

Buzz: Katz Motel? Who’d be dumb enough ‘ta go in ‘is place?

Slider: (sees something) Hey, there are people leaving that poor dog outside.

Sure enough, it was Eustace tying up Courage to a post. There was a small pause before the old man shouted.

Eustace: Kaboom!

The pink dog yelped and shivered as the old woman hit him with a rolling pin.

Eustace: Ow! What did I do?

He mumbled before heading to his room, with Muriel putting the blanket on Courage.

Muriel: Don’t worry, Courage. It will only be for one night. Good night.

She then left as Courage sighed sadly.

Courage: It may be a good night for you. You’ll be sleeping in a warm bed.

He then noticed Slider and Buzz coming to him.

Courage: Oooh, who are you?

Slider: Name’s Slider, and this is Buzz. Listen, we’re here to find a certain red cat.

Courage: If you mean Katz...well, he told my owners that dogs weren’t allowed in the building.

Buzz: Tough.

Inside a room full of spiders with webs, a familiar red cat spoke to them.

Katz: My loves, dinner has arrived. (looks at the web) Oh and your web is such a mess. Clean it up.

He closed the door, heading out to do his deed. A bit later, the trio, still outside, looked at the sky while Courage heard their explanation before they noticed a spider heading toward them.

Courage: Ooooh!

Buzz: Oh great!

Slider: That is one disgusting spider.

Courage: We gotta get Muriel and the Farmer!

Quickly, Buzz cut the collar from the rope before the three ran, with Buzz destroying the spider.

Buzz: (to himself) I bet Katz is up ‘ta something in ‘dis world.

In Cyberspace, the villains had arrived to the Northern Frontier as the Digimon Emperor spoke.

Digimon Emperor: Well, looks like we’re back here again.

Hacker: Ah, so good to be home.

Shego: Yeesh, if you call this place home.

Darla: (rolls eyes) Tell me about it. I mean look at this place? Why would a bald idiot live here?

Hacker: Hey! I took a lot of work to make this place my hideout.

Drakken: (to Shego) And you said my hideouts were stupid.

Shego: Shut up.

Jack Spicer: Anyway, as leader of Team Spicer, I propose we take over this place!

Katz: (glares) You, a mama’s boy, leader? You can barely fight without any weapons!

Darla: Second.

Phage: Another thing, your tattoos are disgusting, especially around your eyes.

Mirage: Second.

Brandy: Not to mention you look waaay too emo to be a leader.

Wuya: (pauses) Second.

Jack Spicer: Hey, I’m the one who found this team! And if it weren’t for me, we wouldn’t have gotten to Cyberspace!

Wuya: We would have found it anyway, even without you.

Jack Spicer: Okay, that is officially not helping.

Sheriff: Well, yew do cry a lot an’ scream like a girl.

Jack Spicer: Hey! I do not scream like a girl.

The vultures grinned wickedly before sneaking behind the goth boy.

Vultures: Boo!

Jack Spicer: (jumps) AHHHH! Mommy!

The villains only laughed at the amusement.

Digimon Emperor: At any rate, the quicker we take over this place, the faster we can conquer the mulitverses.

Hacker only grinned wickedly before speaking to himself.

Hacker: Yes...of course.

Unknown to anyone else, he had a dagger underneath his cape while grinning wickedly to his allies.

Back with the the Nightmare King, he and Azula waited as they watched the orb. Then, the two noticed a familiar clone reappearing.

Azula: (grins) Nice work! Finally, that annoying guy's gone, it feels so much less dirty here now.

Blackjack then glanced at the Nightmare King.

Blackjack: Nightmare King. You sent Braniac to test Delete's power, didn't you?

Azula: Not just the droid, you too.

She smirked a bit before continuing.

Azula: It was to see whether you had it in you to take out one of your seniors.

She walked up to him, touching his shoulder while speaking.

Azula: And you did it splendidly. Welcome to the fold. With us working together, it should be a piece of cake taking over the Organization.

He glanced at Azula, nearing his face before he spoke.

Blackjack: That's why you brought Delete...

Azula: Of course.

She then looked at both Schala and Imax looking down with Snake only watching sadly.

Azula: He wants to meet the girls, so we'll let them meet.

The king then glanced at the depressed girls and Snake, who angrily eyed on him.

Nightmare King: You and Schala should be happy, Imax. It's almost time for you to meet the hero you've been waiting for.

Azula walked toward them while Snake became suspicious.

Snake: (to himself) Why doesss she look familiar...?

Imax only paused for a moment before she spoke sadly.

Imax: (sadly) We're...glad.

Azula then leaned to the girls.

Azula: And remember, (with her finger lifting Imax's face) don't do anything that might hurt Dee Dee's feelings!

Schala: We know.

Azula then stood up while the Nightmare King spoke.

Nightmare King: (to the girls) Make the memories overlap and strengthen these new feelings.

With that, the Nightmare King disappeared from the area as did Azula. Blackjack had his eyes closed, thinking to himself.

Blackjack: Dende...

Snake: (quietly) Dende?

Imax: Delete...

He opened his eyes, looking at Imax and Schala.

Schala: We're sorry, Delete...

She looked at the picture of Delete she drew as the light pink haired girl spoke.

Imax: (clutches the sketchpad) Even if I came to meet you, (in tears) what should we...

She only looked down, more and more depressed.

Snake: Imaxxx...

Back in the fake Nowhere, Buzz, Slider, and Courage continued through the hotel, destroying spiders and Heartless along the way.

Courage: Where’s Muriel?

Slider: We don’t know.

Buzz: ‘Dat’s why we gotta keep lookin’!

The trio hurried through the area until they stopped, hearing a voice.

Voice: Courage! Help!

Courage gasped, recognizing the voice.

Courage: It’s Muriel, she’s in trouble!

Slider: We have to rescue her!

The three busted the door opened, noticing the old woman in the tub struggling with a spider.

Muriel: AHHH!!

Courage: Muriel, we’ll save you!

Buzz: I got it!

He then slashed the spider’s legs, making the bug bump from the tub to the toilet. Slider quickly flushed it, sending it down the drain.

Slider: Phew, that was close.

Muriel: Oh, thank goodness.

She then grabbed a towel, covering herself as she got out of the tub.

Muriel: Whoever is running this place should have this hotel condemned.

Slider: I’m just glad we got here in time.

Buzz: An’ I bet I know who’s responsible.

A bit later, the boys with Muriel (now dressed in her clothes) and Courage headed to the truck before the old woman noticed something.

Muriel: I wonder where Eustace is.

Buzz: (realizes) Crap! He’s still back in ‘de hotel!

Slider: Don’t worry, we’ll take care of it.

Muriel: You’ll need Courage’s help. I’m sure he’ll help you out just fine.

Slider: (grins) Thank you.

The two took Courage and headed back to the hotel. Inside, the two noticed some spiders heading to a cocoon that had a familiar old farmer sleeping while on the spider web.

Slider: The farmer!

Buzz: Bettah get ‘im outta ‘dere!

They nodded as they charged, destroying the spiders going near him with their slash attacks.

Courage: Phew.

The trio picked the old man up before they noticed a familiar cat closing the door.

Katz: Leaving so soon?

Courage: OOOOHHH!

Slider: You!

Buzz: We’ve been lookin’ fo’ yew.

Katz: I would have asked you to join me, but seeing as you already defeated the others and are rescuing that old idiot, I would rather see you die.

Slider: (glares) No way!

Buzz: Even if yew wanna, we ain’t gonna join.

Katz: (smirks) I was hoping you would say that. A little sport before dying, my friends?

The pink dog gulped a bit while Katz drew out a blade.

Katz: It’s called “Duel”! The loser is stabbed and he dies. Hopefully, I’ll win.

Buzz: Yur on! I’ll take ‘dat challenge, but first...

Slider: Right!

He took out a card, which contained a sword before using his Digivice to scan the card.

Slider: CARD SLASH! Soul Eater Lvl 2 Activate!

Buzz’s sword glowed before the robot looked at Katz. The two jumped and slashed to one another.

Katz: I will win this!

Both fighters continued fighting one another, trying to hit one another with their blades. The red cat, however, did not look like he was about to give up easily. Slashing with his sword, Katz punched Buzz in the gut.

Buzz: (glares) Yew cheated!

Katz only laughed wickedly, preparing to slash him, but Buzz started glowing before he roared, hitting Katz, changing into Dark Buzz.

Buzz: Ya want ‘ta fight dirty, so be it!

Katz: Mother.

Dark Buzz jumped and slashed, hitting him at each side before he rose up, flying briefly and each time, a slash was hit by the robot toward the red cat.

Courage: Oooh!

Slider: Don’t worry, you’ll get use to it.

Dark Buzz then flashed his hand over to the red cat as he noticed too late.

Buzz: Dark Ball!

Katz was hit by it before he was hit toward the furnace. Once he landed in the furnace opening, Buzz closed the door while Katz screamed for his life. After many screams, it died down as a burning hand finally pushed the door opened before it with the arm came down and fell apart, breaking into ashes.

Buzz: He’s dead. Yew don’t have ‘ta worry no more.

He transformed back while Courage sighed in relief.

Courage: Well, at least Muriel’s safe.

Slider: Just be careful in the future.

Courage: It’s more like the farmer and her. They have to be more careful. But don’t worry, even if they don’t listen, I’ll make sure at least Muriel’s protected.

With that, Courage took the sleeping Eustace and left while Slider only became more concerned.

Slider: Buzz, that wasn’t the right thing to do...you could have spared him at least.

Buzz: It’s like what Chase Young said: “They’re not as merciful as he is.”

Slider: Yeah, but still...sending him to the furnace and leaving him to burn? That...that sounds so harsh.

Buzz: Hmph, yew just don’t understand. I have ‘ta fight ‘de darkness inside me...and I’ll do it my way.

Slider only sighed about what Buzz just said.

Slider: Listen, Buzz. Even if you worked for your former boss, you’re starting to become like him. I mean not physically, but you know...

Buzz only glared at Slider before shoving him to the wall.

Buzz: Make one mo’ remark like ‘dat, an’ I’ll hurt yew.

Buzz then headed off, looking for the exit.

Slider: (to himself) Is he becoming what Virus really wanted...(heads off) a being of darkness?

Back in Cyberspace, the heroes were heading to Motherboard Central while the trio with them finished listening to what had happened.

Roll: Oh no, so you’re telling us those claws are not only affecting them, but our friends as well?

Sasami: I’m afraid so.

Courage: And it will get worse if this continues.

Princess: That is why we have to prevent those claws from endangering anyone else affected.

Shirly: If all 13 cards at the castle are used and the last of the users are shown, not only will the one inside become a mindless and soulless being, but everyone that was hit by the Demonic Memory Claws will die.

The three gasped at what they had heard.

Aang: That is why we have to prevent it from happening.

Once they landed, everyone ran together, heading to where Motherboard was.

Sailor Mercury: Please don’t let it be too late.

Just then, as they all got inside, the group saw three familiar people as they screamed with the demonic memory claws inside their heads.

Mandy: (groans) We’re too late...again!
